I made such a tasty BBQ beef sandwich for dinner. I made the barbecue sauce from scratch. Used Gary's Quick Steak sirloin beef for the meat along with the included wow seasoning packet. The Amoroso roll was put into an oven at 350° for 8 minutes. After I stuffed the roll with the BBQ beef I wrapped it in foil and cut in half. It was tangy, sweet, spicy and a tad bit smoky from the smoked paprika. Everything that I was looking for. Video coming soon. ‪@garysquicksteak240‬

Merry Christmas, happy Hanukkah and just happy happy to everyone else! This morning I made homemade buttermilk biscuits from scratch along with sausage gravy. Can't even begin to tell you how delicious this was.

I made a New York strip steak and eggs for dinner tonight. Both of them were cooked on the NuWave titanium PIC using two different pans. Filmed a video segment. Coming soon.

A few people have commented on my Tommy's chili video that I did a while back. It was a copycat recipe. I came to find out that the supplier for Tommy's and The Hat is a company called RC provisions. You can only get it at Smart & final on the retail level. I tried to pick it up last Friday and they were all sold out. Went back again today and scored! Video coming soon!

Tonight I cooked a couple chicken breasts in Miss Lexi. Cooked it 275° until IT reached 155°. Seasoned with Meat Church holy voodoo. When temperature was at 155° I based it on sweet baby Ray's brown sugar hickory BBQ sauce and cooked until 163°.. They were so tasty and juicy I wanted to record it but I knew sundown was around 5:00. I wish there was no daylight savings time. I'm going to have to work on some outdoor lighting for night time cooking.
