My Name is Ansar Khan.I'm Pakistani and basically belong from District Attock, Punjab.I start bodybuilding in 2008 and in 2011 i open my own gym with a name angel gym in kamra cantt.In 2011 i go for my first bodybuilding competition Mr Attock and got overall 2nd position.After that i start thinking that i have to achieve my this goal so i start taking training from three time Mr Asia Yahya butt sir from Lahore and won finally the Mr Attock title in 2012.After wining competition i was highly motivated and started more hard work and won Mr Rawalpindi Zone 2013 title.After that i work more hard and won gold medal in Mr Punjab competition 2014.
After competition i got married and didn't go for competition and do only training in 2015.In 2016 and 2017 i study nutrient and training in detail and start working as workout teacher in 2018 and also continue my training and in 2019 i'm going for Mr Punjab competition on 1st march.
