Need your help again! So we've been investing in HUMAN-generated captions for our LONG-FORM videos. As you've seen, we burn them into the videos. Curious if you prefer these "embedded" captions vs Youtube subtitles.
Embedded subtitles - they're stylized and positioned where we want, which is good, but you cannot turn them off
Youtube subtitles - while they look more generic, people can turn them off who don't want them

Need your feedback!! We are debating... For our LONG videos (full court cases), do you prefer EMBEDDED captions, or Youtube-generated subtitles? We've noticed dozens of competitors whose auto-captions just suck. We want to provide HUMAN-generated captions for Deaf & Hard-of-Hearing audiences as well as those who watch our vids on mute.
"Embedded Subtitles" are the kind from our most recent videos, the small white text across the screen... i.e. burned into the video that you can't turn off but stylized and formatted.
"Youtube Subtitles" are of course the youtube generated ones that you can toggle on/off.
Thank you for your help!!!

What Sets Us Apart
PROFESSIONAL CAPTIONS: We believe in accuracy and quality, which is why we hire professional transcriptionists to create open captions for our videos. No AI-generated captions here!
FRESH CASES: All our videos feature brand-new cases. Unlike some channels, we don’t repost old cases.
LIGHT EDUCATION: We feature educational tidbits throughout the videos to ensure it's clear what's going on. From deferred adjudications, to preliminary examinations, we hope to make the viewing experience as understandable as possible.
ETHICAL CONTENT PRACTICES: Integrity matters to us. We never rip or repost other creators’ videos. While this practice has become common nowadays, we see it as unethical and lazy, and we refuse to participate.
