Hi Friends, I am an RYT 200 certified Yoga teacher. The Yogalogics is my sincere effort to spread the word of Yoga and Sanatan Dharma to the world. My motto is to make people aware about the practices of Yoga in a more scientific way and not in the mystical way generally Yoga is perceived as. My thinking is that if something is made of the physical realm then it has a logic behind it and it runs due to a reason. The main purpose of studying the Indian holistic sciences is the same, finding and experiencing the logic behind a certain phenomenon. Yoga practice's basic methodology pertains to the method of self inquiry which in itself is a very logical experiential way. I think every new knowledge in life must be taken as a possibility and not a mear belief before it becomes a reality in one's life. Aum
