✨Client Transformation✨

A quick 3 month body snatch that worked well with my clients lifestyle 👉🏾 (next slide)

Fat loss 3kg over 3 months! 👌🏾👌🏾

The focus here was nutrition as my client was pre-diabetic and on the verge of slipping into diabetes.

Debs program was gentle and not so intense but manageable.

Daily walking, high protein diet and plenty of water was the key here.

Over 3 months Debs lost 3kg so she could indulge in some shopping for her 2 week cruise 🛳️

Fat loss does not have to be intense but can be enjoyable over time with a plan and guidance.

💫Transformation post💫

Here’s my before and after, wow! 💫

Seems a long time ago now - SWIPE 👉🏾

I had an amazing transformation and I’m still not done.

For me this was much more than just working out, I wasn’t eating right and my mind, body and soul were not aligned and so I got to work💪🏾

Workouts | Meal Plans | Accountability | Mindset | Consistency |

My favourite part of my journey so far is being able to ‘shape shift’ my body.

Seeing my body change over time by manipulating my nutrition and keeping a strong healthy mindset

Since being on this journey I feel fearless, I feel strong and energetic.

My mindset has completely changed and if I could bottle it, I’d be rich 💫

I’m not unique and I’ll be showing further transformations of myself and clients over time.
