It may not look like much but my body has been fluctuating in weight from 2022 to 2023 (52-57kgs). My lowest weight had been 48 kgs. However this was not sustainable as I lost weight to 48kgs in such a short amount of time. I eventually gained the weight back to 53kgs. After this i began to change my diet and start to eat more home cooked meals. If i was to eat out i would only have the meals in moderation. I have also decreased my fast food in take by 80%. I stopped going to the gym of August 2022 as i felt that i was in the wrong place at the time of my journey.


My body carries most of my fat/ weight gain around my face and arms. No matter what workout i did my arms were always larger than i would have liked. I became frustrated with this as i didn’t store any fat around my torso so i was confused why it only went to my arms and face.

In order for me to make a noticeable change It required me to lose a lot of weight. I was at my higher 57 kgs back in september of 2022. Now i am 47kgs and the results have finally shown in my face. It had made me so happy to have achieved this change.

However i am still on my journey to eat more healthy and introduced weekly workouts to my life. If you ever want to lose weight because you feel bad about yourself please remember to be kind to yourself as it is not easy and requires commitment. But also make sure fall in love with the journey and love yourself. If what you do doesn’t work for you take a step back and re evaluate why it may not work.

Am i doing a workout that works for someone but may not work for me?
Am i not eating a balanced diet?
Am i stressing out my body too much?
Am i trying to rush this process?

I took an intro class to Aerial hoop and silk yesterday. My abs hurts a lot today, event hough It was challenging it was such a great new experience. I’m thinking of turning it into a weekly thing. Everyone in class was super nice and supportive. You didn’t need to be the skinniest, fittest or most flexible to try it out. I highly recommend. 🧘🏻‍♀️
