Vakil Bazaar is one of the historical and famous bazaars of Shiraz, which dates back to the era of Zandiyeh and the rule of Karim Khan Zand. This market is located in the heart of the city and near Karim Khan Citadel. Vakil market with its traditional Iranian architecture and high ceilings, arched arches and beautiful tiling is one of the main tourist attractions of Shiraz.

Karim Khan Zand Citadel, located in Shiraz, is one of the prominent historical monuments of the Zandiya era, which was built by order of Karim Khan Zand. The exterior of this citadel has special features that make it very attractive. The citadel is in the shape of a large rectangle with four cylindrical towers at the four corners. These towers with a height of about 14 meters act as defensive and aesthetic elements of the building. The walls of the citadel are made of bricks and are very thick. These walls are designed to resist enemy attacks and create a sense of security. The facades of the walls and towers are decorated with geometric designs and beautiful brick decorations. Also, the entrance gate of the citadel has given an artistic effect to the building with colored tiles and motifs of battle scenes. One of the towers of the citadel, especially the northeast tower, has been slightly tilted due to the settlement of the earth over time.This unique feature is one of the attractions of this historical building.
