—What to do if you get a 'community guidelines' strike—
 
So you're posting smoking videos to this site? Great! But then a video gets a strike or your channel removed because you've breached 'community guidelines' or 'terms of service'. Here's what to do...

• Make sure the video contains no nudity or anything else banned. If it does, this won't work.

• Hit the "Appeal" button in the email or on YT Studio dashboard.

• Enter the text "Video shows a clothed adult engaging in a legal activity."

• Submit your appeal!

Always appeal every strike or ban. Your video/channel should be back sometime between a few hours and a week. This should also work with rejected thumbnails.
