This 28-Day challenge features 7 follow-along workouts per week (including recovery days), with both 60 and 35 minute options for each day. Best Body is an intense program that features advanced-extreme workouts, with intermediate on-screen modifications for each exercise. We'll be focusing on strength and cardio conditioning throughout this challenge - including Cardio, Strength, Power and Mobility. This is the ULTIMATE Fat Burning Challenge.
What you'll need:
BB5 requires a range of dumbbells, from medium to heavy (I'll be using 20-50lbs as reference) a yoga mat, and a 6'x9' workout area (preferred). You'll also need a Smart TV, phone, tablet, or computer/laptop to view and have access to these workouts on the HoyPRO apps (available on web, iOS, Android, Roku, fireTV, Samsung, Xbox, Apple TV, Android TV, and Chromecast).
