I'm thrilled to be the recipient of Virtual Miss Friday's "Super-leader recognition award!"

Michelle Dale's community's recognition is extremely humbling, and I am grateful to everyone who voted.

Virtual Assistants are a such a welcoming and helpful bunch 🍌 I'm lucky to be a part of this growing field.

As a Virtual Assistant turned savvy business owner, your command over basic financial planning isn’t just important, it’s the fuel that will rocket your business into sustainable growth. 🌱💼

Think of it like this:

Hit the right note from the start with your clients! 🎵 A smooth client onboarding process is like the opening chords of a hit song – it sets the tone for everything to come.

Here's the harmony you want to create:

1. A warm welcome that makes them feel part of the team from day one. 🤗
2. Clear communication that maps out what they can expect and when. 🗺️
3. Efficient paperwork processes that show you value their time as much as they do. ⏱️

Striking the right chord with onboarding isn't just about impressing new clients; it's about composing the future of your working relationship. 🎼 And just like in music, the best compositions require knowledge, skill, and the right instruments.

📝 Want your business to sing? Check out my "Contracts, Invoices, and Onboarding" course – it's the sheet music to a chart-topping hit with every new client you welcome.

Let's turn that first 'hello' into a harmonious beginning that resonates success!

YO - you need a UVP - or a unique value proposition. Basically a UVP is asking "what makes your VA services so special?"

If you can use this formula to answer that question, you're well on your way to establishing a solid UVP.

If you really want to take your business to the next level, my VA Business Blueprint (available on www.erinbooth.com) guides you through a step-by-step process to help you get clear on your business so that you can land clients without breaking a sweat.

"Be afraid and do it anyway."

Not only do I love this quote, but it's helped me do so many scary things in my life. One of which was starting my VA business in 2012.

Remember 2012? Psy was dominating the radio, skinny jeans were cool, and most people still asked if "virtual assistant" meant that I was Siri.

Was I terrified to launch a new business that I was learning about through blogs and YouTube videos? You bet I was.

And yes, there were bumps along the way. Client ghosts, project hiccups, the occasional self-doubt spiral. But with each challenge, I learned, I adapted, and I thrived.

A decade later, my VA business isn't coasting anymore. I have a solid client base and I've taught over 45,000 students how to launch their own VA businesses too.

So to all the fellow dreamers out there with hearts full of "what ifs" and heads full of "oh nos," remember that the only thing scarier than facing your fears is living with the regret of never having tried.

⚡️ If you're looking for step-by-step guidance to officially launch your new business, join me at www.erinbooth.com.

I promise that it will be one hell of a fantastic ride.

🤪 Just for fun: What are the strangest client requests you've received as a VA?
