Hello, and welcome! π Iβm so glad youβre here. π₯°
My name is Tina, and Iβm a former high school teacher, a business owner, and a single mom of 2 active teenagers. I definitely know what itβs like to be busy, frazzled, and stressed out! Over the years, meditation and affirmations have been my saving grace, and I strongly believe they are powerful tools that can create positive, amazing changes in your life.
Please note: I am not a doctor or therapistβjust an average person who has learned a lot throughout my 50 years and would like to share something good with the world. My hope is to inspire and uplift others, and to bring some peace, light, and happiness into your life.
I am an Usui Reiki Master, and I infuse every video I make with healing energy, love, and light. All videos are lovingly created using my own voice.
