โค๏ธ 10,000 Subscribers !! In my "Pre Marriage-Interview" with the Girls parents.....

I was asked this question ..........

Beta (Son) you have a good job

and salary is good enough for taking care of the family .....

But What is this Engineering department you mentioned ? Instrumentation ?

..................PING DROP SILENCE .................................

Then after that awkward silence

The Girls Mother asked ............. is there only you ?

Or do more engineers exist who have done instrumentation & Control ?

I wasn't sure on how many engineers exist at that time but ......

Now i can CONFIDENTLY state..............................

there are at least more that 10,000 I&C Engineers in the world !!!

And Counting !!!!

It's because of Your Passion to LEARN !!

And I listen to your CONCERNS

and make videos on TOPICs that can benefit you.

............................BUT THERE WAS ANOTHER REQUEST....................................

To have "What's app Group to learn"

Since visiting Youtube all the time could lead to distraction !!

And there was also request to have a "MONTHLY doubt solving session"

So here it is- Combining the 2 .

What's Group where people number is "PRIVATE".

Nobody can see each others number,

just educational video and summary directly uploaded on Whatsapp.

There is Members Limitation in WhatsApp (so if you are genuinely interested then join)

PS : But then will it not impact Youtube Views ?

Well It doesn't matter since I have NOT monetized my Youtube Channel !!!

So Chill out and enjoy the learning !! On Which Ever platform you are Comfortable !!

PPS : Why not use other Messaging Platform with Higher Group Members ?

Come On !! I also HAVE A PERSONAL LIFE !!! and a CUTE BABY daughter to Play with.

I can spend the whole time on this !!!

On which of the below topic would YOU find the COURSE to be most helpful ?

And THANK YOU, Your PASSION to learn instrumentation has been fabulous.โค

In just 6 months of the channel, there have been 2000+ subs which is just wonderful, I would love to provide more VALUE to you. Maybe a STRUCTURED FREE COURSE on INSTRUMENTATION might be more helpful.

๐Ÿ”ด Majority of People are aware about #Cavitation in #controlvalves ๐Ÿ”ด

But #Cavitation has further #Types

ISA RP 75.23 has defined an amazing term called #CavitationIndex (Sigma)

This helps us to understand how severe is cavitation.

๐Ÿ”ด Why to follow what everyone says !!!

For #Orifice Take #beta ratio between 0.3 to 0.7, Who said that ?

Does it even matter ? is it a Myth ?

Below video explores this interesting concept using API standard๐Ÿ˜Š

๐Ÿ”ด This question was asked during interview with an EPC company

And it made a lot of sense and got me thinking ๐Ÿค”

In order to know the material composition used in an instrument

We ask for MATERIAL TEST REPORT (i.e Material certificate 3.1 or 3.2)

Also, there is something called as PMI (Positive material identification)

So why do we have 2 tests for reaching the same result of knowing the material composition.

And if they are different then what is the difference ?

The below video tries to answer the below questions

โœ” When to select "Material certificate 3.1" and "Material certificate 3.2" ?

โœ” What is the difference between CMTR and PMI ?

โœ” What are some thumb rules for when to specify PMI ?
