1: Push Off the Wall: Start by pushing off the wall with your feet together and your body in a straight line.
2: Extend Your Arms: Place one hand over the other, extending your arms straight above your head. Your biceps should be close to your ears.
3: Tighten Your Core: Engage your core muscles to keep your body straight and aligned. This helps reduce drag and keeps you stable in the water.
4: Keep Your Head Down: Look straight down at the bottom of the pool. This helps keep your body in a straight line.
5: Point Your Toes: Extend your legs and point your toes to minimize resistance. Your legs should be straight and together.
