Sometimes I receive YT notifications about new comments under my very old video uploads that basically say something like "oh wow the nostalgia". Every time this happens, I think to myself "wow what do you mean nostalgia, wasn't it like few years ago-..." and then I realize it's been eight years. 2016 was eight years ago.
So many fond memories from 2016 and 2017, lots of new amazing music from Homestuck musicians, so many cool people that I've met during that time. Sadly most of them are no longer active online for various reasons. I hope all of them are doing well.

Homestuck^2 has posted an update on it's website, and now it'll move forward with a new team of artists and writers, with James as a team leader. homestuck2.com/news
Andrew's decision to delegate all management to somebody else is probably his best decision he made in many years, I have to say that. A bit surreal to see this project actually come back, though. Whenever I think that this channel is now dead for good, something new happens out of nowhere lmao

probably worth making a small note: I'm going to upload the entire Hiveswap Act 2 OST as soon as it comes out. If you don't want to get yourself spoiled then consider unsubcribing to prevent OST videos from showing up for you. If you have notifications enabled (for some reason), disable them.
Most likely many of you doesn't care about minor spoilers (like tracks and their names), but anyway I'll post this warning for whoever wants to avoid any Hiveswap Act 2 details.

This channel is meant to be an archive for (mostly) official Homestuck and Hiveswap music content. Why? Honestly, I just like the music, and I use YT as my primary music player lmao. This channel often goes inactive if there's nothing new to share with the community, so don't worry if I stop posting for 3 years again.
