Hello,
What do you think of this Gantt going up and not so much a waterfall type?
Could this be an error?

Advanced Project Tracking:
Some projects do not follow the work in terms of hours, but they follow in terms of material used. For example when you are doing buildings construction their is a long phase through which you do excavations, foundations, pouring concrete and so on. For those situations, I'm preparing a video on how to use Ms Project to do project tracking based on material. What king of material do you use in your projects?

Lean and Agile project methodologies
Would you say that Lean methodologies have inspired Agile methodologies or is it something totally different?

Advanced Project Management: Tasks performed as planned
The average percent planned complete (PPC), is the number of tasks that could really be completed compared to what is planned in a project. For example, if this week you team had planned to complete 50 tasks and the team could really do 30 of them, then the PPC is 60%.
According to your experience, or what do you think, how many tasks in a project are performed as planned?

Advanced Project Management Critical Path and Margins

Trick question: For me a well-executed schedule contains margins and reserves. Margins are limiting the number of critical tasks, up to removing any critical tasks.
In such a schedule, can I see the critical path before doing a project follow-up?
