PA can offer customers a tray sealer or pot filler for a wide range of applications in the food industry including fresh produce packing such as salad, tomato, strawberry and soft fruit packing, fish, seafood, meat and chicken packing (including vacuum packing and skin packing), ready meal sealing and packing, and pot denesting, filling and sealing for puddings and sauces. Tray sealers are capable of sealing from 12 to 200 packs per minute and pot fillers available from 40 to 100 packs per minute. Short and long term hire options are available.
We supply full packing lines integrating packaging equipment upstream and downstream of the tray sealer. We ensure the function of the line is seamless and controlled by PA software in the tray sealer to operate the line to your specification.
