I am a physicist based in California, I am also a Buddhist, hence the name of my channel. As a physicist I am interested in understanding the natural phenomena. Buddhism has helped me to understand the nature of my mind. I have lived in the US for over 30 years now. I came to this country to study physics, and since finishing my PhD, I have lived in California for the last 25 years. It is here that I discovered Buddhism and started on an immensely fulfilling journey of self discovery. I would like to share what I have learned about nature from physics and about mind from Buddhism. I am a theoretical physicist. I have spent a great deal of time studying the quantum physics and its various applications. I am keenly interested in the history and philosophy of Buddhism, the social condition in which it arose in India and spread to other Asian countries like China, and its eventual decline in India. The golden age of Indian civilization coincided with the Buddhist era.
