What background do I have to be able to give my thoughts?
*Numerous road running races and triathlons since doing my first triathlon in 1985.
*14X Ironman finisher including Kona (x2)
*5 marathons (outside of the Ironman 😄)
*6 ultramarathons (and counting)
A degree in Kinesiology from St. FX University
A lot of failures along the way, but NO DNF’s (did not finish).
