My name is Dave, I am a homebrewer, professional brewer, certified BJCP judge and a Beer Sommelier from Nürnberg, Germany. I've been homebrewing for over six years and brewed over 125 batches of beer on a variety of different brewing systems.
As I am still largely inspired by the American homebrewing scene I'd like to share my passion and knowledge about homebrewing and just give it the German twist. Also, I will show you around different German and European breweries.
