LOCALS tell me my efforts here mean A LOT to them GAS LEAK forced the neighbors to EVACUATE, creating a HAZARD to the community PICTURE living next to THIS and not knowing what to do… Messaging me was their LAST RESORT IMAGINE trying to sell your home with this NIGHTMARE next door TOWERING 7-foot grass is SWALLOWING this house whole – NO ONE had a CLUE what to do Family needed HELP while figuring out what to do with this INHERITED PROPERTY I drove past this home EVERY DAY for a YEAR hoping to fix this MESS NOBODY knows what HAPPENED to the owner of this house RELIEVED Neighbor THANKS ME for fixing this DISASTER next door A BREAK IN left the home GUTTED, forcing the city to post a violation ANGRY neighbor has had ENOUGH of the homeowner ruining the look of the neighborhood She was FINED for not mowing, but the CITY owns it now and STILL won’t mow PADLOCKED home was left TOO LONG and this is what it turned into GIANT RACCOONS INVADED this home, making it the NUISANCE of the neighborhood House was a DUMPING GROUND, forcing the city to post a WARNING Local kids are UNABLE TO PLAY here because of this TROUBLESOME PROPERTY He nearly SNAPPED when he noticed what I was doing Unsightly home on the MAIN ROAD has been IGNORED for years This house nearly VANISHED after the owner packed up and left during the PANDEMIC Man THREATENS me with a GUN when I wouldn't COMPLY with his REQUEST Home with COMPLETELY BURIED SIDEWALK caught my attention, compelling me to TAKE ACTION COPS did a WELLNESS CHECK that ended POORLY, 2 years later it looks like THIS I stumbled upon this BURIED brick pathway and SCRAPED it clean I UNEARTHED this BURIED pathway after the owner RELOCATED to a NURSING HOME After his friend fell SICK, he tended to the yard until he REACHED HIS LIMIT Lunch Lady is BUSY feeding LOCAL KIDS and can’t keep up with her lawn After 15 years this once PRISTINE home turned into the neighborhood EYESORE City housing project FAILED leaving dozens of homes in DISREPAIR The neighbor said this yard is a BIG UGLY MESS and has been NEGLECTED for 5 years The owner was found DECEASED on his porch and his lawn has gone UNTOUCHED since The POLICE were BANGING ON HIS DOOR after people TORCHED this house next door Age CAUGHT UP with the owner, leaving this yard UNTOUCHED for 5 YEARS The neighbor ADVISED me to wear BIG BOOTS in order to tackle this job I TOOK ON this job as the local lawn guys WOULDN’T TOUCH IT Brother and Sister PASS AWAY, leaving their neighboring homes UNTAMED Everyone TOLD ME there was NO SIDEWALK HERE so I spent 15 HOURS uncovering it
