My husband wrote “Save Me” in 2020.. when the world was scared, sad, depressed & angry. It was a moment in time that the world needed healing & saving.
When he dropped that record in 2020 the world consumed every last drop of it. It became an anthem for the broken.
To the ppl who have sad days and aren’t afraid to say it. Ppl who need in that moment of darkness to be saved & have a glimmer of hope.
This song is now 4 years old and making its rounds again because the goat Eminem just sampled it on his album. And now a new flock of ppl are getting to fall in love w it.
We ALL struggle w mental health issues of some kind. We ALL need to be vocal about it & speak about, because maybe then the suicide rates won’t be so high. It’s ok to NOT BE OK.
It not a trend to be depressed, it’s a nationwide epidemic that is happening has been happening for years. I too have suffered from suicidal ideation because of trauma I went thru. That feeling I wouldn’t wish on my worst enemies.
So when you hear my husbands music, I hope you kno he & I always will be your safe space. You are seen .. you are heard & you are loved. 🤍✨
