Cheers to turning 28 🎉
Here are 8 things I’ve learned in my 20s:
1. At any point, you can change your mind.
2. Friendships are just as important as romantic relationships. Nurture them
3. Having a hobby to do purely out of enjoyment is beneficial and potentially healing
4. Speaking of healing, don’t be afraid of a little therapy.
5. Be mindful of what you give your energy to.
6. You can only control so much. Go take a nap! It’ll get figured out at some point
7. You are not behind.
8. I can’t remember where I heard this, but I live by it now! Think of your future self as a dear friend. You want the best for him/her/them. The good things you do for yourself now could set future you in a better position.
