Through the retrospective viewpoint of my own experiences, other content, and the experiences of my guests, I will walk with you to a new understanding of how close the line is between collapse and/or better days.
I was raised in a small town in Western New York. After starting a family, completing college, and hitting my stride in corporate America, my world fell apart. I hit rock bottom as a result of Mental Health Issues (anxiety and depression) and Substance Use Disorder (alcohol). Yet, that is where the story, inspiration, and renewed purpose in my life begins.
On this Chris in Retro YouTube Channel, we discuss recovery from addiction, incarceration, and other hurdles in life. We discuss ways to increase your performance by hearing from best-selling authors, award-winning business leaders, those with significant criminal histories, and others. We draw from experiences from all walks of life to create a community for people who want to reach their potential.
