When I say your thoughts/beliefs are responsible for your physical experience, is it possible it includes your health?

๐Ÿ๐ŸŽ๐ŸŽ% ๐˜๐ž๐ฌ. โœ…

Infact, your thoughts are manifesting in your health much quicker than you might think. In short, your body is literally precisely a physical expression of your mind. Period.

Let's examine common scenarios.

You've probably experienced feeling exhausted or drained, or even headache, after remembering or revisiting a tragic past event, or feeling uncomfortable, dejected or discouraged at the thought of failing at something, or feeling regenerated and revived at a vision and thought of winning or succeeding at something? I'm sure these are familiar experiences.

These feelings are your body's response to what goes on in your mind. Your body always respond to your thoughts. Always.

Your thoughts can make you well or unwell.

Every cell in your body (๐˜ฐ๐˜ท๐˜ฆ๐˜ณ 50 ๐˜ต๐˜ณ๐˜ช๐˜ญ๐˜ญ๐˜ช๐˜ฐ๐˜ฏ ๐˜ฐ๐˜ง ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฎ, ๐˜ฃ๐˜บ ๐˜ต๐˜ฉ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ธ๐˜ข๐˜บ) not only listens to your thoughts, but move instantly in response to your them.

You cannot say or feel "๐˜ ๐˜ข๐˜ฎ ๐˜ต๐˜ช๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ๐˜ฅ" without all the cells and systems in your body functioning in the exact way they need to for that statement to be so. ๐˜ ๐˜ฐ๐˜ถ'๐˜ญ๐˜ญ ๐˜ด๐˜ต๐˜ข๐˜ณ๐˜ต ๐˜ต๐˜ฐ ๐˜ง๐˜ฆ๐˜ฆ๐˜ญ ๐˜ฎ๐˜ฐ๐˜ณ๐˜ฆ ๐˜ฆ๐˜น๐˜ฉ๐˜ข๐˜ถ๐˜ด๐˜ต๐˜ฆ๐˜ฅ.

The human body isn't rigid. It's not autonomous. It's super intelligent, for sure. But it responds to mind (beliefs and thoughts).

It's a servant not the master.

It's a messenger, not the message.

But it carries out your message, instructions and commands (thoughts) very precisely and impartially, and very quickly. Almost like it's automatic, making it seem as though it's working on its own.

It's not.

It's following your mental commands.

It always has.

No wonder an ancient popular wise man once said "A merry heart does good like a medicine, but a broken spirit dries the bones..."

There! โœจ

Medicine is primarily meant to keep the body healthy, however, if wisdom compares it to a merry heart, it proves your state of being (mind) directly affects your state of health. Your psychology affects your biology.

This mind-body connection is inseparable.

The study of ๐™‹๐™จ๐™ฎ๐™˜๐™๐™ค๐™ฃ๐™š๐™ช๐™ง๐™ค๐™ž๐™ข๐™ข๐™ช๐™ฃ๐™ค๐™ก๐™ค๐™œ๐™ฎ shows precisely this ideaโ€”the interconnectedness between the mind, the nervous system and the immune system, in short, how the body affects the mind and conversely.

Therefore, it's safe to say that every thought you think negative or positive directly affects your health negatively or positively. Your thoughts are either bringing your body into balance or out of balance.

In another post, we'll go deeper. We might even see the root causes of certain diseases. It might not be what you've always thought.

It's a fact that you can think your way into good health and out of it.

If our habitual choices create our habitual actions and behaviors, which lead to the redundant experiences we have on a regular basis, it stands to reason that nothing can change in our lives until we change.

We hardwire our life into the same unchanging pattern. We have frozen time.

This actually forces us to unconsciously relinquish our free will. Free will means we have the power to think, choose, act/do, what we want and live the way we desire. But when our lives plunge into this state of loop โžฟ, we're no longer utilizing our precious power of free will. We're not living (thinking, choosing, acting/doing and feeling) the way we truly want.

We've unconsciously and unwittingly lost our freewill to a set of programs that's autopilot-ing our lives.

But that moment we get tired of repeating those patterns and reliving the same life over and over, is the moment we step on the breaks and awaken. We do this by examining ourselves through a different set of eyes - we begin to think about our thinking, behaviors and emotions and selectively changing them to different ones. This is called metacognition. This act therefore brings us back online. Gives us our power back - our freewill.

This is then the moment we break the loop and begin to experience some form of change in our lives.

Try this process. Get committed to it. It's an interesting journey - CHANGE.

Our beliefs are simply thoughts that we've engaged over and over again, that they've become hardwired in us so that they're now our natural way of thinking. This default way of thought (beliefs) is usually not how reality is, but how we perceive it. And we cannot respond, react, behave, perform greater than how we see reality and the world around us. We're always going to live respond, react and basically live our lives based on our beliefs of how the world is. Thus, our beliefs are creating our lives literally.

Keep this in mind today. What you want (your goal, dreams, desires) will come into your life if you persist in faith. Remember that faith is holding unto a reality that cannot be perceived with the senses, yet. Meaning you can't see, smell, taste, touch and hear it, yet.

This "holding unto" (faith) will be demonstrated in your character, attitudes, emotions, choices, behaviors, even in the things you say. As you do this, your desires form and prepare to show up, until they fully manifest in your physical life.

This may not make sense how this can be, actually it doesn't have to make sense since the "senses" are not needed. Faith is not natural but supernatural. Trust the process and experience it for yourself.

Faith Exercise:
So pick a desire, something you want, that matters to you, that you've been praying for. Just believe it's done. Then decide the reality, the way your life would be when this thing you're praying about happens. "Hold unto" this reality, in other words, start to demonstrate it today, now, (in your thoughts, emotions, attitudes, behaviors, speech) persist in doing this. Disregard your present circumstances (the absence of your desire, your current story), pay no attention to it. Keep acknowledging the fact that what you prayed for have been given, in other words, keep living in faith. If you keep this up and don't grow weary, you'll soon run into weird miraculous manifestation ๐Ÿ”ฅ๐ŸŽ‰๐Ÿ’ฏ๐ŸŽˆ.

WE CREATE REALITY, WE REALLY DO

The thoughts we think create the feelings we embody and cause us to demonstrate certain actions. Our actions then create our experiences, which is our physical reality.

In other words, we do create our reality. That's it.

This also reveals that if we're stuck having the same experiences everytime, it means we're thinking the same thoughts, making the same choices and acting the same way always. And these redundant experiences will continue to produce the same kinds of emotions. In other words, our lives will stay the same including our health and bank accounts.

This must mean then that, for our lives to change, we ourselves must change first (in some way).

This implies thinking in a different way, making different choices, behaving differently to create a new experience. If we do this, we break that cycle of redundancy. This then will create some new emotions like awe, joy, relief, novelty or even freedom etc. In a sense we've become someone else.

This clearly shows that our external world only changes when we first change, not before.

The moment we understand this, accept it and embrace it, it has to cause us to focus on working on ourselves to change, so that the evidence of our change will project on the screen of our external worlds (in the form of success in career, relationships, business, growth, personal improvement in certain areas etc), as against trying to force things in our lives to change while we ourselves remain the same.

Our major mistake in life is trying to create a new reality as our same old personality, and it doesn't work. To create a new reality we must become a new person(ality).

Again, once we get this, life becomes very effortless and enjoyable too.
