Challenger 175: ready for the Sardinia Open? 🙌
It promises to be a stellar success: the entry list is of the highest level, including Ugo Humbert and all the best Italians (except Sinner of course). 🤩
I will be on site pretty much every day and will try to bring you the best of it. ✨

Size matters. 😜
Many of us play with grip size 3 or 2, we have always been told that, once you hold and grip it, the space needs to be filled by a finger.
But if you look at the four players below something is out of order. They all seem to have a smaller grip size for their hands.
The game has evolved and more top spin is used, because of this grips are more open and towards semiwestern and western.
I’m therefore inclined to think that it would be a sacrilege to play with a smaller grip - which I changed from 3 to size 2 in recent times.
Shall I try a grip size 1 and let you know about it on a video? 😁

I've been very busy with work in the last few months and all my spare energy has been directed to the italian Lost in Tennis channel. 🤗
But I would love to grow and develop this channel as well. 🔥
Can you give me a hand on where to go about the type of content? 🙌
