In a trap training the other day in the Hossier Classic, one of our birds trapped 1st out of more than 3,000 pigeons. Wow, it looks like it will be a good year. 😂😂😂😂. I will update her pedigree with that information. 😆😆😆

The race this weekend has been postponed. Feeding 100% barley until I start training next week.

Every day, I kept looking outside, waiting for my last bird to return from the race, but I got the worst news. I got a text message that 148 was found dead. I do not know the details, but it is sad. RIP IF 22 NWJ 148

April 16th is the 1st race, 150 miles. Sunday, April 9th, is looking like a good training day, sunny with head to shoulder winds at 6 mph. How many miles should I bring my birds for training?

Empecé criando y corriendo palomas en los Estados Unidos en 2021. Cuando pequeño, tuve algunas palomas en Cuba por 1 o 2 años, pero nada serio. Despues de ver algunos videos en YouTube me interesó la cria y el deporte de las carreras de palomas. Contacté un club cerca de mi area y me regalaron 1 pareja. Adquirí otras parejas y despues de tener varios pichones me hice miembro del Club North West Jersey y desde alli empezó la emoción. En ese primer año uno de los miembros del club me habló de un cubano que compitió con el club unos años antes y ahi empezó un cambio radical del Hobbie cuando conocí a Nikolay. El ha sido un cambio de 180 grados enseñandome todo sobre la cria y entrenamiento de palomas. En este pequeño canal les quiero mostrar lo que voy haciendo durante el año para llegar a ser competitivo en uno de combines mas fuertes del pais (Central Jersey Combine)
