Hi friends! So I’m bummed because I was hoping to do a review of 2 Paula Young wigs, but since they sent me a box with the wrong wig in it, I’m going to just return this one! I got Sheer Mystic in Java Swirl and was supposed to get Sheer Elite in 8/15/25S4, Caramel Praline. I opened the Sheer Elite box and there’s another Sheer Mystic in 613/14! I’m disappointed in the poor quality control so I’m just returning rather than exchanging. Also, all returns/exchanges have to be done via a written form and snail mail! Personally I think it’s time for a website update over there! The customer service rep was also monotone and quite rude. I’m sharing because I’m here to help you all with your wig purchasing. There is a $9.95 fee to ship back that I’m not supposed to be charged, so I’ll let you know how that goes as well. I’ll cover all of this in the review of Sheer Mystic! Stay tuned!

Phew what a week! My mom was in the hospital in Houston and then we got stuck there in Hurricane Beryl! We ended up leaving and going to my house 4 hours away. She’s doing fine now and has her power back so hopefully next week will be more normal!
