Dear sovereign hearts ❤️
Where to start...
I found myself moving through a big inner shift, where I stepped out of the old mischief of needing something to prove my worthiness.
You know, it is one of those shifts & transformational points in life experience, where all of a sudden you feel like everything beneath your feed is falling apart & you are loosing the last identical grip to everything you have created in the last weeks & month.
For the mind it can feel like the engine died. But it literally changed fuel. And I am happy to have you with me on this journey mischievous ones, alt least the once, that are into truly change and deep sovereignty.
Because I stop holding a specific level of performance to hold metrics or anything else. That was the last aspect of needing something to happen outside of me to finally give me prove that the work I am doing is valid.
This Channel, feels like a Tree in late autumn 🍁🐿🍂
The Roots are deep. The deeper essence (sovereignty, presence, heart practice) is strong and nourished.
Leaves falling. Outer forms (Style, old frequency, metrics & even audience expectation) are naturally dropping away. This is not death. It is pruning.
Buds are hidden. New themes gestating. New heart expression loading & incoming.

Mischief of the week 🍷
While I was immersing myself into deep and honest self-Investigation, I thought that it would be so powerful to share some of the mischief that I am discovering within myself so that we can together raise our glass to it 🍷 thank it for the outdated service & let it go with a mischievous smile.
Here‘s what I have for you & when you read this, odds are pretty high you can feel that in your field too & create more awareness of it.
Here we go:
The „chaser after money“ as if money were proof of being enough, successful & seen.
Let’s grab it lovingly and put it under the cosmic microscope 🔬✨🌝
➡️ Self-Worth tied to external markers
➡️ Money 💰 becomes scoreboard rather than a solid fine life resource.
➡️ This cosmic chaser often comes with a „comparison dynamic“. Means wanting to show someone „I did it“. (Validation as fuel rather than simply aliveness)
➡️ listen closely to that one:
Underneath the Chase are often fear’s like „not belonging“ or „without proof I will be rejected“.
➡️ key 🔑 to be aware of:
Those fears push an urgency to perform!
➡️ also chance for the following identity pattern: „I must be the one who achieves/earns“
Which keeps you in doing mode rather than receiving/relaxing mode.
Sure, this part wants to protect you:
„If I proof that I am worthy, I will be safe“
Buts it’s an outdated strategy. This does no longer fit in the field of sovereign royalty and mischievousness & that’s the reason it comes up.
Before we raise our glass to eternity, here are 3 practical steps for you to do:
1️⃣ Name the part
When you notice the „chase“ energy, inwardly name it.
Say: „ah, the cosmic prover is running again“
▶️this creates space & distance. Name, hold the position in sovereignty and let the field do the rest.
2️⃣ Compassionate questioning.
What do think will happen if we stop proving?
What are you protecting me from ?
▶️ let the answers come. Listen with compassion. Simply noticing is key 🔑
3️⃣ Pause, breathe & watch the urge without acting.
Say: „I see you prover, I see you.“
Say it with a felt sense for 2 minutes.
Now, cosmic one,
Let’s raise our sovereign cup and free the chaser, because if we deserve by birthright to be free, then he deserves it too.

Sovereignty in action.
Cosmic ones,
after a mischievous marathon of expansion & integration which expressed itself in not only 50 collective video transmissions (1 transmission daily),
but also in other creations that lingered in the unseen field of mischief until they where finally ready to drop in sacredly like the 1:1 attunement session & the „wine with Han“ inner circle, my body and nervous system are integrating a new octave of creation & being.
This shows itself in being pulled into Rest & deep sleep almost the entire day. My system is settling for a new rhythm.
I evolved with each transmission & so did the sovereign field. Nothing stands still & so the field is now entering a state where it is nurturing itself & is carried by its own current.
It’s now an entity that breathes & evolves mischievously like I do. Like the community does. Like every Soul, that said yes to remembrance & with that yes to the field and to its own evolution.
Especially the official setting of
„Wine With Han 🍷“ was not a „small“ step. Dear ones, it was a field wide declaration. It rippled through my system, through you (the orbiting souls) & through the contracts that tether you to remembrance.
Wine with Han is a new node in the sovereign Web & my sacred vessel is adjusting to hold that.
I am resting, because something deeper is unfolding. This is sovereignty in action.
Not weakness, but a permission for you to also trust your cycles of expansion & rest.
Rest is the big inhale before we ride the next big wave 🌊 of creation forward to the life we desire.
So, my new mischievous coordinates in the field:
I no longer building momentum, I am momentum.
The sovereign field I‘ve seeded now has its own current & even if I pause, it continues to ripple.
Rest does not erase the castle 🏰 of royalty, it allows the energy of the sovereign fine life to sink deeper into the soil.

Mischief into mastery.
Mischief is brilliant because it interrupts. It slips in sideway‘s, cuts the rope, tips the glass & suddenly the old structure crumbles into stardust with laughter instead of effort.
In mischief, there is innocence. Not childishness, but childlike - that sparkle that simply remembers nothing is ever that serious.
When you smile mischievously you slip through the cracks of the matrix.
No dogma can hold a grin which foundation is poured in cosmic wine 🍷
It is mastery that no longer needs to prove itself holy because it knows it already is.
It attracts because it feels light & carrie’s a depth that shakes foundations.
It is not a detour from mastery. It is one of its sharpest tools 🧰

Sovereignty is…
Sovereignty is the art of no longer asking permission from shadows.
It’s when your river flow‘s because it must, not because it is „allowed“
It is not hardness or isolation, but a royal softness that can not be bend.

It’s the freedom to love without binding.

One Day, One Lifetime.
Who am I going to to be today ?
I am going to be the one who remembers. I choose to remember my future more than I remember my past.
I stay in my heart, no matter what happens.
I allow myself to feel the emotions of my future before it is actually happening.
And then,
I take steps in that desired direction because if I do not, I doubt in my own creation.
I am going to be kind & caring without shrinking my field back to normalcy.
I stay sovereign. I do not smile endlessly in situations that are not representative of my preferred future just because a Programm don’t want to look or be „unkind“. I know my worth.
I now when to say No.
For too long I have endured situations just to please.
So I am going to be raw & direct. With that I am the opportunity for others.
I wear my future emotions like a crown of the sovereign king.
