Hi, my name is Tim. This is a channel by an older Masters Runner showing that you can still run and compete at any age. As of this writing I have just turned 60. Hopefully I can motivate other older runners to try, regardless if they are 40, 60 or beyond that they can still get out there and race. There will be some product reviews and training.
