All of my life I have been very conscious of my health and focused on improving my fitness level and continue to track my data with my Polar HRM watch and a Garmin Edge with most of my rides posted on STRAVA. The adventure is in the Journey! Plus my journey has taken me to the Philippines and back.I post updates as I Ride4Life and stay Fit4Life.I have lived in the Philippines and have started exploring the islands by Cycling and while in the USA I ride my bikes and I'm happy to share my experience as a cyclist that has spent many years customizing and riding a single speed mountain bikes, a Hardtail MTN-Bike, a commuter bike and a gravel bike. Some of my oldest videos are of my Fitness Bootcamp and indoor cycling class that I taught 2x a week for over 15 years.
