I’ve been reminsing Poppy’s newborn months via photos and it’s clear as day that we look tired 😂 however the sheer amazement of the overwhelming love we felt for her overshadowed it all.

Despite the fatigue and lose of sense of self there was this profound joy she gave me that fueled a spirit of resilience and made it all worthwhile, filling each moment with a sense of purpose and connection.

Motherhood takes a toll on our physical, spiritual, and mental well-being, yet I’d willingly go through it all again just to witness my child entering this world and to embrace the unconditional love she effortlessly shares.

I invite you to share this with any new moms out there. Let’s create a space by commenting your stories, the highs and lows of navigating the newborn stage, and the things that kept you going.
