XA'LUM is a French-Galician artist who creates atmospheric, emotional music, blending unique sound designs, harmonic synthesizers and downtempo, Latino rhythms. Inspired by the vocal techniques of traditional Galician music learned from her grandmother, as well as the hip-hop flows of her neighborhood, she developed a passion for synthesizers that permeates her artistic style. She has collaborated with producers like Mike Frey (Dua Saleh, Ricki Monique) and El Speaker (MIMAA). With touches of hyperpop, neo-psychedelia and alternative R&B, she is often compared to renowned artists such as FKA twigs, Sevdaliza, James Blake and Nai Palm.
