The journey of our little Warrior:
At the age of 34, a hopeful mother visited Oorkid Hospital and IVF with a heartfelt desire: After trying for 11 years, a woman conceive naturally for five times and every time a mess happens there was an missed abortion with broken heart. The couple has approached many of the consultant to find out the solution, but not able to receive any solution from any of them. finally, with a thought of giving up, they decided to try a last and they finally knocked the door of dr Kaajal Mangukiya. She had been through countless ups and downs and was now seeking a miracle.
Upon thorough evaluation, she was diagnosed with secondary infertility with a history of bad obstetric outcomes (BOH). Radiological investigations confirmed that her bilateral fallopian tubes were patent and her pelvic anatomy appeared normal. Blood tests also returned normal, but her blood group was Rh-negative.
Her journey to motherhood had been heartbreaking. She had conceived naturally once, but the pregnancy ended tragically with an intrauterine fetal demise (IUFD) at 5.5 months. This was only one of the four heartbreaking losses she endured, each one further challenging her hope. Came with lot of hopes , they wanted to know the reason for their miscarriage Which was still unknown
hey come to our consultation and read all reports very minorly and she explained found some genetic disorder in the couples report. Patient was advised for IVF with genetic test.(pgtas). Confirm the doubt. which gives a consultant and confidence to move ahead in the treatment and given the positive results to the couple in the first IVF cycle itself with a single embryo transfer, but the turning point was when the mother completed her six months, she got admitted to the hospital with some serious risk factors. Dr Kaajal Mangukiya succeeded in saving both the lives, though the baby was delivered at thepree term.(600grm) At the delivery, but as when now the baby return to meet the consultant baby's weight was 3 kg, very active, charmingĀ andĀ intelligent. All a gynecologist wish for.
