Hi friends, happy new year!
As I mentioned in my last post, I have an exciting update for 2023! Iāll be doing a new short-form video series called āBite-Size Cooking Science.ā On Tuesdays and Thursdays every other week, Iāll post a video focusing on one tip, idea, or method that Iāve adopted in my own kitchen. The goal of this series is to break down cooking and baking science so that home cooks like you can easily try it in your own kitchens.
Iāll be posting the videos on YouTube shorts, Instagram reels, and TikTok, so follow along on your favorite platform. The first video will come out next Tuesday, so be on the look out for that video!
As for my YouTube channel, Iāll still be doing my regular long-form videos per usual. Iām going to try to sync up the content between my long- and short-form videos, but it might take time for me to figure out how best to do that.

Hi friends! Happy New Yearās Eveā¦can you believe that weāre on the cusp of 2023?!
As a way to end 2022, I wanted to say a big thank you to my followers for supporting me and my new YouTube channel. Creating video content has challenged me to become a better scientist, artist, and performer, and Iāve really loved getting to connect with all of you and so many others.
There have been many ups and downs along the way, but the most important thing Iāve learned is to believe in myself and commit to my goals every single day. And looking back on the last 9 months, Iām proud of what Iāve accomplished, and how resilient and strong Iāve become. Pursuing oneās passion as a career isnāt easy, but I know that wherever this content creator journey takes me, Iāll be learning and dreaming big (and making mistakes in betweenā¦but Iām confident there will always be something delicious in the end š).
So thank you, thank you, thank you again for embarking on an incredible journey with me this year. Itās been amazing growing with you all. I wish you and yours a very wonderful new year ahead, and see you on the other side of 2022!
P.S. I have something new planned for 2023, so keep an eye out for the update!

Hi friends! I hope you all had a fabulous, restful Thanksgiving! For a quick update, Iāll be recording a new YouTube video this coming weekend. It was originally planned for last Saturday, but sometimes creative inspiration strikes when you least expect it. š So weāll be back on schedule this week!
In the mean time, Thanksgiving may be over, but baking doesnāt stop!
