BABY’S 1ST COMEDY SHOW!! 👀😆🙌🏾

Since movng to LA last fall, I’ve been making strong strides to fully lock in w/new experiences. Spent about a month taking the Level 1 Standup Comedy Class at the legendary ‪@FlappersComedy‬ Club in Burbank, & got to do my very first comedy showcase!

So if u didn’t know, yesterday was the 50th birthday of the wonderful Ms. Lauryn Hill! 😄🙌🏾 I have a TON of music content of me singing, playing, producing & fluting her music, but this is one of my fave vids that exists bcuz it fully embodies how much I carry my influences everywhere with me. & while I talk a great deal about the Brandy, Jill Scott, Vivian Green, Aaliyah & Teedra that resides in my artistry, she will always be one of the earliest blueprints of my young life to fully excite & inspire me with her voice, & her catalog will always stand the test of time with all of us for a reason.

After 5 months of living in LA, I finally got to do my very first featured solo show! I was a part of the Breaking Sound LA lineup last week at Sauced DTLA & had such a fun time doin my thing & sharing my music with a new audience.
