It is that time of year! This is for all of the Metal Eagle Chess Center members. This our 4th Metal Eagle Chess Center Blitz Championship that will take place on November, 10th at 1pm New York Time. There will be GMs and IMs invited as well as 7 rounds in a 3+2 format in blitz.

BIG ANNOUNCEMENT: Former World Champion Ruslan Ponomariov will play people and answer their chess related questions in a simul on Sunday, October 27th at 1pm New York Time on lichess. When entering the simul there will be a link to this YouTube channel where all the questions he will answer will be directed there. All skill levels are welcomed and bring your questions and chess skills as you play a Former World Champion in chess!
The lichess name could be "R-Ponomariov" or it could be me with the username "SLOM". I look forward to the simul and all the questions you guys will ask and help us make this event the best event ever for this community of chess players!
