Launched in 1992, Ngee Ann Polytechnic's Radio Heatwave has the honour of being Singapore's very first campus radio station.
Radio Heatwave broadcasts contemporary pop hits -- every weekday from 9am to 6 pm -- via the polytechnic's intranet-feed as well as at the Atrium, a popular hangout on campus. Its state-of-the-art live radio studio is similar to that used by Singapore media conglomerates like MediaCorp, Safra Radio and SPH MediaWorks.
