When asked who we are, we often default to āThe What.ā A few years ago, if you had asked me, I would have said, "I'm a clinical research scientist and the founder of Indoriv Clinical." If you asked why, I would have said, "Money." While money is a valid motivator, it led me to question: why this path for money and not another? There are countless ways to make money. Why did I choose this profession? This introspection led me to my deeper purpose.
Growing up, I witnessed many family members suffer from diseases, diabetes, and other co-morbidities. It wasnāt due to bad genetics, but poor lifestyle choices. These experiences profoundly impacted me and shaped who I am today.
Simon Sinek's powerful statement resonates with me: āPeople donāt buy what you do; they buy why you do what you do!ā
So, hereās my Why: I want to help you become your own health coach. This is my biggest purpose in life. I wake up every day driven to learn and positively impact someoneās life.
How I do it is by continuously learning, researching, and sharing my insights. Creating content is just a part of the process.
