If your relationship with food isn’t stellar and you find you feel overwhelmed, anxious and have a f*ck it mindset towards food….

Two of the biggest contributors to a poor relationship with food today are trying to implement random and often restrictive health advice ALL at the same time:

❌ Doing HIIT workouts 5x a week to burn fat

❌ Trying to eat low carb to lose weight

❌ Starting intermittent fasting because you heard it’s good

And also feeling COMPLETELY overwhelmed and confused by all the opposite advice out there. Like, really?! Who are you supposed to trust?

This is why I focus so much on creating core essential health habits that create a stable baseline for you. You don’t need to be doing intermittent fasting and crazy HIIT workouts when you’re not even eating enough fruit & veg every day. Priorities, people! ❤️🙌
