Hi my loves! Just a quick post to say I'm still alive π... but my microphone has officially died π I had filmed a few videos and the audio is unusable, and it's not cables or software! I am gonna have to go on a break until I can get someone to take a look at it for me or afford another microphone! I'm really sorry, I am gutted but these things happen, hopefully I'll be back, up and running soon 𧑠stay safe, stay happy and stay sleepy π§‘π§‘π§‘

hello my darlings! Hope you're all having a great start to the year! I've been taking it SO EASY. Had a bit of a low end to last year, so I'm really taking time to listen to my body and my needs and just practising compassion and kindness to myself - I'm feeling so great about it π₯° this time of the year can generate a lot of self pressure; just remember you're human, you're in charge and you're stronger than you think, you've made it this far for a reason!
