No one can be told what the subjunctive is. You have to see it for yourself. This is another page from the document I'm working on. It's called "The Most Common Conjugations of Ser". I prefer a more direct approach instead of philosophical explanations of the subjunctive.

No Spanish textbook I've checked even mentions these n-grams with the subjuctive SEA, despite the fact that they're super common in conversation. This is a preview from a document I'm working on. All of this comes from statistical data I've gathered from TV shows and movies from Spain and Latin America. This is real life conversational Spanish, not textbook Spanish.

Why haven't I posted any video lately? Well, I started to work on a new video about the most common conjugations of "Ser". I then created a whole workbook full of crossword puzzles for "Ser" conjugations, and then I decided I needed another document to explain each of the most common conjugations. The screenshots are just a small sample of what's coming. Almost every example sentence you'll see in this document and in the crossword puzzles has been inspired by, simplified from, or directly copied from TV shows and movies from Spain and Latin America. I base each decision of which phrases to include on actual statistics from movies/TV shows. This is conversational Spanish, not textbook Spanish. What started as a simple script for a YouTube video is probably going to end up being a very good introduction to Spanish verb conjugation.

You might have noticed some of my stories for learning Spanish mention white cats. Well, two weeks ago I adopted a white cat myself: Meet ççął (Yumi), an adult rescue female cat we got from a local pet food manufacturer. She came from a local refuge and was part of the company's team of food testers. But she was too shy to fit in with the other cats, so the company doctors decided to find her a forever home. She's adapting really well. BTW, I'm currently editing 4 videos on different subjects (none of them about cats), so stay tuned!
