Today I would like to talk about a very serious and important topic. I ask you to give me a little bit of your time and listen to me for a moment. Today is World Suicide Prevention Day, a very important day of the year. More than 800,000 people die due to suicide each year and the numbers can increase much more. If you know someone who is suffering from suicidal thoughts or you are experiencing it yourself, please call one of the numbers listed below. There you will get professional help and I hope that they can help you.
I try to make people happy with my videos, but not always can they help. BUT a friend, family member or professional support can help much more then my work.
Please share this post, so that people who need help get the support they needed.
