Here’s rough drawing of Arrow. This design is a lot better than the one in the ref video. I’m still not great at drawing clothes, hopefully if I draw them enough I’ll get better.
Here’s a cute one. I wanted to design a pre-evolution to Smeargle (the Pokémon). And I based it off of finger painting because Smeargle is a painter and that’s the first art form most of us started with. This is my first time designing a fakemon and it’s not the greatest, but it’s cute. I debated the name a lot. Smeargle is a combination of smear-as in paint smear-and gle-as in beagle. Sooo…Beaprint? Idk.

I’m pretty proud of this one. I’m part of my first ever D&D campaign and this is my character: Heath.
I started this like: okay, I’m just gonna do a little sketch. I haven’t done a full-body drawing yet, I should do that but I won’t go overboard. And that’s how we ended up here. If I’m bored, I might transfer this to digital art later. But for now, I’m happy with how it came out.

Welcome to Pretzel doesn’t color anything unless it’s digital art.😅 To be fair, I guess this is what you call an art dump, mainly to show that I do indeed have a pencil and paper sketchbook, and I do indeed use it, actually. The 3rd one is really recent and I didn’t draw it with a character in mind. I don’t know their name or anything about them but their outfit gives me summer camp counselor vibes. So there’s that.

Heeerre’s Phoebe
I figured it was about time I showed one of the familiars on here, because there are four of them, Phoebe is just the first one. I suppose I should explain how familiars work in this world: Basically, when a familiar bond is formed between a dragon and an animal, both of them become bonded together and gain some sort of power. So, when Phoebe and Amber bonded together they both gained empathic powers. Amber also gained the ability to talk to animals, but Phoebe could already do that, ‘cause she is an animal. I guess it’s fitting that Phoebe is the first I showed, since she and Amber were the first to bond together, before any of the others.
