I hope I’m not insulting anyone’s intelligence but if you see images similar to the one below THEY ARE FAKE. There are a lot of these rediculous images popping up on social media. If you look closely you can tell it’s fake. It has a soft focus, cartoonish look. What makes this particular image really rediculous is the fact that Phil Collins can’t stand Paul McCartney. Phil has been vocal about his dislike of McCartney for years. If you see an image depicting an unlikely (or unusual) scenario it’s probably fake. To make certain simply do a Google search ā€œPaul McCartney Phil Collins in hospitalā€. Then check the ā€œnewsā€ results. If you don’t find several headlines about Paul visiting Phil in a hospital then you know it’s fake. Take the time to study the fine details of this image. You should be able to tell it’s fake just be looking closely.

Hi folks! About once a month I receive a comment on one of my Beatles videos saying things such as ā€œthe most overrated band everā€ or ā€œI liked them when I was a child but I moved onā€. Normally I chuckle and move on. But today I was feeling a little snarky and responded with the following…

ā€œā€‹ā€‹I’m happy you were able to mature into a more sophisticated taste in music. I confess I’m still in an arrested state of development. I just can’t seem to shake the belief the Beatles are the most important artists in the history of popular music. But I’m merely a singer, songwriter, guitarist and producer. I can’t imagine what the British government was thinking when they preserved the Beatles’ childhood homes for the National Trust. You should probably inform the Smithsonian Institution of The Beatles overrated status as they dedicated an entire wing of the National Museum to their legacy. There are also several universities who teach courses on The Beatles music and their impact on the world. I can’t imagine what all these professionals were thinking? Hopefully you’ll be able to educate the entire world the Beatles were an overrated band that created music only a nine year old would consider special. But you need to work fast before another generation is fooled into loving their music! Best of luck!ā€

Did I go too far? šŸ˜ŽšŸŽ¶ā¤ļø

I'm going to do something I don't often do; blow my own horn. I think my episode on The Beatles Abbey Road is among the finest ever produced. I poured my heart and soul into that production and it took hundreds of hours to complete. But I see really lame Beatles videos receiving four times the number of views as mine. If you like the work I do please share my videos with others. I want to go full time as a content creator and make in-depth reviews of all the Beatles albums as well as albums by Elton, The Stones, Pink Floyd and countless others. If enough people discover my channel I'll be able to quit my day job and go full time as a content creator. If you like what I do please help me to spread the word. Thank you! Here's the link to Abbey Road: https://youtu.be/VPXqx_UHz2g

Recently Paul McCartney performed for the SNL 50th Anniversary. There were a lot of comments about the state of Paul's voice at 83 years of age. I decided to share my thoughts in the comments section. This is what I wrote:

The obvious issue is that Paul's voice is pretty much gone. But when I went to see him in concert last year nobody was surprised or disappointed. The concert was one of the most fun and joyous I've ever attended. Paul didn't try to hide his voice. He even sang a few songs with just his acoustic guitar. Everyone knows his greatest days as a singer are far behind him; including Paul and his band. Seeing him live has become something different than it once was. Every one of the thousands of people who paid high ticket prices to see Paul were thrilled to be in the same room with a man who has given them so much happiness and joy. It was like everyone was there to say "thank you Paul. We love you". In the 15 times I've seen him since 1990; the last concert was the most emotional and special. It was an event that transcended a musical performance. It was like a celebration of life and music for the audience and for Paul. And it was beautiful. If you understand what I'm trying to say then you'll love this celebration of his greatest vocal performances. https://youtu.be/g0fj_HMTYCk

The image below is the audience watching Paul sing "Golden Slumbers". It's interesting to see all these famous people loving on Paul. Like I said in my comments; nobody cares what his voice sounds like. They're just thrilled to be in the same room as Paul McCartney.

In the 1970s movie theaters would use what were known as "lobby cards". These promotional cards would be displayed behind glass next to the movie poster. These cards are from the original theatrical run of Let It Be when it was released in 1970.
