Hello my gluten free fam! Previously, I made a video on bread making with the King Arthur GF Pizza Flour and Caputo GF Flour. A few of you mentioned about KA's GF Bread Flour, so I got it and tested it out. I plan to post the video this Saturday, so stay tuned! I also found a brioche recipe using the GF Cup4Cup flour and I plan to test that out soon. I know it's been a long time since I made a gluten free video and I thank you so much for your patience.

I can’t believe this bread is gluten free! I’m testing gluten free pizza flours and decided to make bread with the leftover dough in my fridge. The results were amazing! I couldn’t even tell it was gluten free! 🤩
