I used to let fear and nerves hold me back from going live. I didn’t know what to say, and I overthought everything so I just didn’t do it. But I realized that growth doesn’t come from staying comfortable. The only way to get better is to show up, even when you don’t feel ready.
Now, I go live with confidence, knowing that my voice matters. If I waited until I ‘felt ready,’ I’d still be stuck. So here’s your reminder: Start before you’re ready. Push past the fear. You’ll get better along the way.

New Beginnings: Moving Into Our New Home & Prioritizing Our Health!
This journey has been a rollercoaster, but one thing about me I’m going to keep pushing forward! Right now, I’m stepping into a season of growth, stability, and putting my health first. I’m so excited to get back to eating better, juicing, and making sure me and my kids are feeling our best, inside and out.

For my early flex blocks, my kids are up and ready for school, but before drop-off, they’re right by my side as I handle my early deliveries. They see firsthand what hard work, resilience, and commitment look like. Well at least when they’re not sleeping 🤭 When their big sister is with us, they’re with her, and together, we make it work as a team. I’m gonna continue to work hard and believe in myself!!!!!
