Our album DANIEL has been out in the world for just about 2 weeks now. Itâs been such a pleasure to finally be able to share all of these songs with you. Itâs release week! Hereâs another song, âFlowersâ!
The video for âFlowersâ is an animation by Magnus Carlsson, who you may know as the guy who made the PARANOID ANDROID VIDEO BY RADIOHEAD!! We are incredibly honored to have him make a video for us as that is one of our favorite videos of all time. Listen + watch at realestate.ffm.to/flowers

Our new song "Haunted World" is out today! This song sounds like a 90s sitcom theme to us⌠in a good way. Network execs - this song is available and we are ready and willing to sell to the highest bidder. It's the second track from our forthcoming album DANIEL, which you can pre-order now. LFG.

Our new album, âDanielâ, is coming February 23! The first song, âWater Undergroundâ, is out now! We canât stop yelling!
We recorded the album earlier this year in Nashville with Daniel Tashian producing. The idea was to distill the tunes to their essence, an exploration of the pop song form. 11 songs, 38 minutes. We are so so proud of it and canât wait to share the rest.
The video for Water Underground is out today as well. Itâs directed by Edmond Hawkins and itâs an homage to our favorite show growing up, The Adventures of Pete and Pete. Making this exact video has been an impossible dream of ours for years, we still canât believe we actually made it. Major thanks to Danny Tamberelli, Michael Maronna, and the showâs creators Will McRobb and Chris Viscardi for being open to the idea and for allowing us into their world. Huge honor!
