Hectic, time pressure, high expectations or constant availability lead to stress in our professional and private lives. This may manifest itself in us being tense, nervous or restless inside.
That is why it is important to give your body and mind regular breaks. One way out of stress is through mindfulness and yoga. Through mindfulness we become aware that we feel stress or how we develop certain stress symptoms. With yoga, we can then consciously release tension by stretching and relaxing the muscles, which reduces stress hormones. The breath can help us regulate the body. When we begin to recognise and use the potential of the breath, we can develop more steadiness, grounding and harmony in our lives.
