Two days ago I was at a project in Oakland that's going to sell next week talking to our agent how we did a good job getting this project done.
Its a big win & a big reason for the success for this one was the organization.

Just like a rehab you must organize and arrange all the ingredients to have everything in place before starting a project.
Few weeks back I was on a coaching call with a client and he said thank you, I thought I was going to do this with a few friends he said, I didn't see it as a business and it is .
As I am listening to grindin from Clipse I don't want to be grindin on a rehab project, I want it to be smooth like their flow & that comes with preparation my friend.
Working off a detailed scope of work is the key to success
Having clear commination with the contractor & have the 6 critical documents signed at the right time to protect your ASS-ets.
Yes, Today when you are analyzing a deal you must be aware of the shifting market.
