WHICH ONE WILL WIN?
I'm testing two thumbnails this week for Ayutthaya, the ancient city in Thailand known for its temples but it also has a ton of local food on the Michelin list.
I think #1 best represents our time, temples and tasty food. But my last temple video about Angkor Wat wasn't viewed much so I thought I'd also try #2.
Honestly, thumbnails are the hardest part of YouTube for me. But I like that YouTube now allows you to test so I can experiment a bit more and not stress as much.

SINGAPORE TIPS!
This week's series kicks off in THAILAND but I'm also planning the next country which is SINGAPORE.
Originally I was debating Laos or Cambodia and I realized I couldn't do a good enough job in such short time. Singapore is smaller, and sadly more $$$ so I need all of your tips. I've only ever been in the airport, which was very impressive and I've heard the food is very affordable but I need to find good accommodation.
From there we will make our way towards Kuala Lumpur but I am hoping to stop off in smaller cities along the way.

CAMBODIA or LAOS?
I only have ten days but I’d like to visit one before returning home to Canada for Christmas.
I’m leaning towards Laos because I had to leave last Spring due to the burning season and intense heat.

THE INDONESIA SERIES ENDS EARLY 😭
We rented an apartment in Bandung for a month and after last week's video decided to take a few weeks off. I wanted to shoot a few videos to show you my favorite places BUT WE GOT SICK. Really sick. In bed sleeping for a week and I actually took Alan to the hospital.
I'm so thankful we were in a great apartment and went to an amazing hospital. But our time ran out in Bandung. We love the city so I know we'll be back for more.
This Sunday is a new country, one I've never been to before! It won't be a surprise if you follow me on Instagram where I post in real time

No video this weekend 😭 But next week is GOAT in INDONESIA!
I popped back to Canada for my Mom's birthday and I'm currently flying from North America through Europe to Asia - 40 hours in total!
But next weekend I'm sharing a South Jakarta video as my friend Aloy knows I love goat and he took me to a spot that is known to put on a show as they cook over such high heat and then toss their woks away. I had bone marrow and it was AMAZING.

Tomorrow is my last from the PHILIPPINES but also my FAVORITE!
I try a GRILLED CHICKEN OVARY with an unfertilized egg in it on an island that is the only place to serve it. And I visit some of the most beautiful beaches in the Philippines and a fantastic mangrove.
